Dame Dash owes a $823,000 judgment to movie producer Josh Weber after losing dueling lawsuits over a movie they were going to produce together before Weber fired Dame.
Since Dame has no money, he will be forced to auction off his 1/3 share in Roc-A-Fella to pay the judgment.
Roc's other owners, Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Burke, had objected to the forced sale, arguing it would violate Roc's bylaws.
However, a judge ruled that the sale could go on, and the auction was set for August 29.
The minimum bid is $1.2 million, and any bidder must pre-register with a $240K deposit.
Hov and Biggs can put down a deposit but won't be afforded any particular advantage in the bidding
According to the auction listing, Roc-A-Fella's biggest asset is Jay's Reasonable Doubt album.
Do you think Drake will make a bid?
