Drake's Scorpion just stung the two biggest acts in the history of modern music.

By placing seven tracks on Billboard's Hot 100 top ten this week, Drake breaks the Beatles' 54-year-old record of having five concurrent top ten hits (The Fab Four had one through five in 1964, so Drake still has something to shoot for.)

Those seven top tens also catapult Drake past Michael Jackson for the most top tens ever for a male soloist -- 31 to 30. And he did so even though he just gave MJ another top ten hit with the King Of Pop's feature-from-the-grave on the Scorpion side B cut "Don't Matter to Me."

In addition, all 25 Scorpion tracks are in the Hot 100.

Here are the acts with the most all-time top ten hits.

38, Madonna
34, The Beatles
31, Drake
31, Rihanna
30, Michael Jackson
28, Mariah Carey
28, Stevie Wonder
27, Janet Jackson
27, Elton John

Drake's probably an album away (and some features in between) from taking the top spot from his old friend Madonna. Granted, the opportunity for features have given Drake a big advantage over the older artists.
