Drake Explains When He Turned Off Rick Ross's 'Champange Moments' Diss

If Rick Ross wants Drake to dedicate an entire diss record to him, he might be disappointed.

Judging by Drizzy's reaction to The Bawse's Drake diss "Champagne Moments," he might not take his former collaborator very seriously.

"He said he was richer than me and I turned it off," Drake told podcaster Mal.

Ross's wealth has long been a source of speculation.

While there's no doubt he is a very wealthy man, his conduct suggests a net worth much higher than his business assets suggest.

For what it's worth, here's how Ross explained it.

"It's  a lot of different things.  Just to keep 1000 I have my hands in about 25 different pots cooking on the stove for the whole time and really I was getting money for the whole time.  I'm a real frugal guy at some points.  But when it's time to make a power play I will.  I spent $100 million in the last six months.  I just bought a crib for 35, a jet for 35 and then investments I'm over $100 million.  We ain't just talking about it, we getting to it and spending it," he said last year.
