Top5, often referred to as an OVO goon, beat a first-degree murder charge this week and thanked Drake for paying his legal fees.

Prosecutors alleged Top was in the passenger seat of a vehicle when 20-year-old Hashim Omar Hashi was gunned down in a Toronto area parking garage.

Hashi's cousin ripped Drake for paying Top's legal fees and basically called Drizzy a low-life.

"Zero clue this was even a thing. This sh*t hit like a blow to the stomach," wrote the cousin on social media. "Just so we’re clear, my baby cousin was MURDERED in the parking lot of his HOME … A CHILD on the way home from a pizza place. Not in NO STREET POLITICS, not apart of NOTHING … What THE F*CK ARE YALL DOING?"

He also went at Drake's producer Noah "40" Shebib.

"When I came back from Portland, they told me @ovo40 was one of the good guys, he was really tryna find a solution for what’s going on in the city. THIS IS THE SOLUTION?!" the cousin wrote. "Any and everything he does hereafter, every mom that has to hear him sing abt murdering their kid — THAT’S ON YALL!! The blood is on your hands."

Drake hasn't said anything about paying for Top5's legal fees yet, but maybe he will at some point.
