Drake Goes to France; Trolls Joe Budden

Drake has been spending time with the fancy folk in Saint-Tropez.

While enjoying some food and sun on the French Rivera, Drake heard "Pump it Up", the biggest hit and only hit from his one-time opp Joe Budden.

So Drizzy was obligated to throw a little shot Joe's way.

Where else, Joey, would you have them going so crazy?" Drake said on a video posted to social. "They're going so nuts to the 'Pump It Up.'"

Drake and Joe had a round of beef in 2016 when Joe gave Views a bad review.  There were diss tracks and suburban OVO goons involved.  At one point, Budden clutched a rock in anger.
