Drake Is Being Sued Big For Alleged Assault

Drake is facing some legal action for an alleged assault that happened back in 2018.

A man claims Drake and others were involved in a violent attack against him in Hollywood back in March of 2018, and is looking for a hefty bag. 

The man, Bennett Sipes, is asking for close to $250,000 in a lawsuit filed against Drake, Odell Beckham Jr., Kourtney Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, and L.A. nightclub Lady Delilah.

Sipes says his damages are for...

"Past and future pain and suffering, medical bills, lost future earnings, past and future emotional distress and punitive damages."

The incident supposedly happened after Sipes tried to enter Drake and OBJ's VIP section at the club, was kicked out, and then later roughed up while trying to leave the bathroom. 

According to sources close to Drake and OBJ, Sipes was the aggressor and provoked the situation when they were exiting the club.
