Drake Pays Lil Wayne Ultimate Compliment During Art Basel

Drake has a big tattoo of Lil Wayne's face on his left arm. So that should tell you something about how he feels about his Young Money boss.

He made those feelings clear again last night in Miami during Weezy’s Art Basel show at the Bootsy Bellows pop-up at E11EVEN.
