Chicago does it again.
This video released by the city's police department shows 43-year-old Ronald Morales with his gun drawn running up a man in his car pumping gas. The other man also had a gun and a shootout ensued.
As you can see, Morales ran away and the car sped off. Morales would later die from his injuries.
Police are not charging the driver because he acted in self-defense. They credit the gas station's "state-of-the-art camera system" with providing them clear footage of the shootout.
