Azealia Banks recently claimed she was camping out at Elon Musk's house, waiting to collaborate with his producer girlfriend Grimes.
As she waited, she reported on social media that she saw Musk take acid and then tweet. She also speculated that Musk and Grimes really wanted her there for a threeway and likened the situation to the movie Get Out.
Banks is a troll and a liar, so when Musk initially said he had "never even met [Banks] or communicated with her in any way," many thought she was making the whole thing up.
But now Musk has clarified that statement.
“I saw her on Friday morning, for two seconds at about a 30-foot distance as she was leaving the house,” Musk told the New York Times. “I’d just finished working out. She was not within hearing range. I didn’t even realize who it was. That’s literally the only time I’ve ever laid eyes on her.”
This isn't the first time the Harlem artist has had a strange celebrity encounter out West. Last year, Banks claimed Russell Crowe choked her, spit on her, and called her racial slurs before physically removing her from a party in his LA hotel room.
Crowe and RZA, who had brought her to the party, said that she was the one using racial slurs and had threatened to cut people.
