In 2017, Eminem sold his mansion in  Rochester Hills, Michigan for $1.99 million.  

Em had paid $4.75 million for it in 2003, so he took quite a bath on it.  But he has another mansion in nearby Clinton Township, Mich, so we guess he figured one was enough.

Now the Rochester Hills home back on the market for $3,750,000,  Whether hat's a good or bad deal depends on what level Stan you are.
