Ever since Erykah Badu dropped her 1997 album Baduizm, she's developed a huge global following that still supports her.

But the 53-year-old has also become somewhat of a sex-symbol, especially these days since she's been showing a lot of skin.

Last month is a prime example, because she went viral after a clip surfaced that showed her walking on stage and showing her butt.

Badu was wearing itty bitty latex shorts in that clip, and on Monday she posted more photos wearing similar attire.

In that post, the soul singer explained why she's been dressing so sexy as of late, and why she's into latex all of a sudden.

"Lately I love wearing form-fitting things, latex especially," Badu explained. "Pulls in everything where it’s supposed to be pulled. Plus, it’s shiny and you can oil it up and it’s beautiful. It’s not just a fetish for sex. Of course, you can use it for that too, but I like it because it accentuates my work."

"All natural....rare these days....love it!!" someone wrote in the comments.

What do you think of the photos?
