Zac Stacy, who played a few years in the NFL, was caught on tape beating the crap out of his ex-girlfriend as their five-month-old son looked on.

Stacy repeatedly punches Kristin Evans in the head, then drags her across the living room and throws her into a TV.

Evans says Stacy has been abusing her since she became pregnant last year, and had filed a restraining order against him.

"He will not stop. He will kill me and he will feel justified in his actions,” she told the authorities.

Stacy is being charged with aggravated battery and criminal mischief, which could get him up to 20 years.

However, he is now on the run.  He is said to be driving a late model Kia Optima is likely in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
