When we last heard, Fabolous was working on a pre-trial intervention deal to avoid jail in his alleged assault on the mother of his child Emily B.

But it looks like that may not happen.

According to TMZ, last week a grand jury in New Jersey indicted Loso on one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon, which was a pair of scissors he's seen wielding in a video in which he confronts Emily B and her dad.

Each of the four felonies carries with it up to five years in prison.

Emily has said Fabolous punched her in the face multiple times, costing her two front teeth.

"According to an affidavit of probable cause, while on a flight back from Los Angeles, the victim told police that Jackson [Fabolous] said via text he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her but he "did not want to go out like that," reports New Jersey.com. "The victim told police she was scared because of the March 7 incident. The victim was later punched by Jackson seven times in the face "causing severe damage to her two front teeth." She ended up losing her two front teeth, according to court documents."

The video of Fab screaming at Emily and her Fam happened three weeks after he allegedly punched her.

Fab's lawyer has said he is innocent.
