During his stop on Drink Champs, Fabolous explained that Kid Cudi called him out of nowhere and demanded credit and money for Fab's 2010 hit "You Be Killin Em" featuring Ryan Leslie.
Cudi told Fab he had worked on the track's production with Leslie. However, Loso knew nothing about that and wondered why Cudi was hitting his phone. [Jump to 38 minutes.]
"You know who sneaky called me about that record? Kid Cudi. He like 'Yo Fab. I did that joint with Ryan Leslie, I ain't got my credit or my money.' Why you on my line," Fab said he wondered at the time. "I guess he chased down and found my number and hit me up and was like, 'Yo, I'm 'posed to have credit or money or somethin'.'...You gotta relax Kid Cudi," Fab continued, laughing. "You blocked at everything right now. Now you can't even like...now I gotta unfollow you and everything. It's crazy I don't even know why you callin' me. It's not even my call. The song is a hit already. What you talkin' to me for?"
Late in the interview Fab discussed an incident around 1999 in which he paid Cash Money 100G and four bottles of Cristol for a Lil Wayne feature which a 17-year-old Weezy knocked out in 15 minutes and he never ended up using.
