Philly rapper Abdul West, a.k.a. AR-AB, and his crew OBH are in hot water.
Last year, nine members of OBH, including West were indicted on federal drug charges. Today, the Feds released their 48-page indictment on the case, witnesses, and evidence they will be presenting.
The government is moving forward with conspiracy charges of distributing large quantities of cocaine, crack, methamphetamine, and heroin. They are also attempting to tie AR-AB to the murder of a man named Robert Johnson.
The government is looking to admit over 100 social media posts they hope to include as evidence, including lyrics used by AR-AB describing violent street crimes.
“The Government avers that the reference in the lyrics to the murder of Robert Johnson, allegedly committed by Stewart at the behest of West, is as follows: ‘I’ll have da whole city scared stand near homie I call Taz [Dontez Stewart’s nickname] and tell him bring dat ni**a head to me."
