Fivio Foreign Has Been Locked Up Since January, Says His Lawyer

Fivio Foreign started his 2025 off with an arrest.

His lawyer, Adam Lustberg, spoke to TMZ and said that Fivio pointed a gun at a woman on New Year's Day in Edgewater, NJ. He did it after she asked him to jump-start her vehicle.

"If I see you parked in front of this building again there is going to be a f*cking problem," the rapper told her while pointing the gun.

He was arrested on January 18, after being seen at the apartment complex on surveillance footage. His charges include aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, and possession of a weapon.

Lustberg says he believes Fivio will be released in about two months and that his case is the weakest he's seen in his 21 years of practicing law.
