Amazon has purchased door-to-door pharmacy service PillPack for a billion dollars.

Nas's Queensbridge Venture Partners was an early investor in the company, partially funding them back in 2014.

This is the second time this year Amazon has a paid a billion for a Nas-backed company. In February, the e-commerce giant also paid ten figures for smart-doorbell maker Ring. It was reported that Nas made $40 million on the Ring deal.

We don't yet know what Nas netted on the PillPack purchase. (The company's two founders got $100 million each.) But one can assume it's a pretty penny.

And somewhere Kelis is licking her chops.
