Last year, Dr. Dre's Apple money made him Forbes's Hip Hop Cash King by a factor of ten.
This year, it was a much more competitive race.
Diddy, who made $60 million in 2014 did so again in 2015. While that was only good for third place on last year's list (following Dre and Jay Z), this year Puffy was crowned Cash King.
Hov came in second with $56 million and Drake third with $39.5 million. Dre ($33 million) and Pharrell ($32 million) rounded out the top five.
The entire list is below. Remember, this is just based on earnings over Forbes's 2015 scoring period, not net worth.
1. Diddy -- $60 million 2. Jay Z -- $56 million 3. Drake -- $39.5 million 4. Dr. Dre -- $33 million 5. Pharrell -- $32 million 6. Eminem -- $31 million 7. Kanye West -- $22 million 8. What do you think about the list? We think indie artist Tech N9ne should get special props for making much of his millions by grinding out 132 shows.
