Four States Legalize All Marijuana

If you live in Maine, California, Massachusetts or Nevada smoking up is going to be even more relaxing.

Each state legalized the use of recreational marijuana yesterday, joining Alaska, Colorado, Oregon and Washington as fully pro-pot states.

Additionally, Florida and South Dakota approved medical marijuana measures.

The news wasn't all good for tokers: A ballot initiative to legalize pot in Arizona was defeated.

The Federal government still outlaws pot, but the Feds haven't really been messing with the states who've legalized it.

A recent nationwide Gallup poll finds that a record 60 percent of Americans support marijuana legalization.
