Future Explains Why He Ditched The BET Awards At Last Moment

Don't ask to Future to participate in your off-brand, corny made-for-TV publicity stunts.

During a recent performance at the Supper Club in LA, the rapper and singer explained why he suddenly disappeared from the bill of The BET Awards last weekend.

"You see what happened... BET, they had a nigga about to perform up there or whatever, but under the circumstances of me performing. I can't fuck with that shit, you know what I'm saying, because they tried to get a nigga to do some off-brand corny shit," Future said. "I'm not about to sell my soul for no publicity stunts."
