Eliza Reign, who recently became Future's eighth baby mama, is suing him for libel, slander and emotional distress.

Central to her suit his 2019 track "Last Name", in which he discusses BM drama and the attempt to sneak his surname. Future changed the chorus between the time the track came out and the time video came out in a way Reign claims defames her

The original chorus goes “I don’t know her name, she wanna have my child / Laughin’ to the bank, got me runnin’ wild / Numb to the pain, so I keep a smile” In the video, the lyrics are “I don’t know her name and she had my child."

Future's lawyers want the case dismissed because he never mentions any of Reign's names in "Last Name", and thus failed to violate her constitutional rights or inflict emotional distress on her.

In addition to dismissal, Future wants Reign to pay his legal fees, which she would probably end up doing with his child support payments.

So far no word from Reign's legal team.
