Is Future Releasing 'Monster 2' This Week?

In two days, it will be the one year anniversary of Future's Monster tape. It also marks the start of a run that has spawned two more mixtapes, an album, and a collaborative tape with Drake. While we know that Ape Shit and Beast Mode 2 are currently in the works, Future may be hitting us first with a sequel to Monster.

On Instagram today he posted a photo of himself with the caption "MONSTER 2." On Friday he had tweeted that he was ready to drop some new stuff for the fans. It's pure speculation, but with the one year anniversary of Monster coming this week, maybe he'll commemorate it with the second installment. If not, it should be coming soon since he said he's ready.
