G Herbo Gets His Federal Sentence

Last year,  Herbo pleaded guilty to federal charges of running a multi-year, multi-million dollar fraud scheme to finance the purchase of luxury goods.

The recommended sentence was between three and five years.

He did much better than that when he was sentenced this afternoon.

Herbo will get three years probation and pay a 280k fine.

Herbo and his crew were accused of getting credit card numbers, possibly over the dark web, and charging millions for luxury goods over the last four years.  Their illicit purchases included private jet flights, limousine rides, exotic car rentals, luxury vacations, and designer puppies.
