Last year, G Herbo and five other men were arrested by the feds on charges of running a multi-year, multi-million dollar fraud scheme.
Herbo pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identify theft, charges that could get him 5 to 8 years.
He is now facing an additional charge of lying to a Federal agent, which could get him five more years.
G Herbo had said that he never paid, received any goods from, or had a direct relationship with Antonio Strong, the alleged ringleader of the identity theft scheme.
However, prosecutors have phone conversations, text messages, and Instagram DMs which show that G Herbo was in direct contact with Strong.
The Feds are accusing Herbo, Strong and the other defendants of getting credit card numbers, possibly over the dark web, and charging millions for luxury goods over the last four years.
Their illicit purchases include private jet flights, limousine rides, exotic car rentals, luxury vacations, and designer puppies.
