Not long before he allegedly pulled a gun on Baylee Curran, Chris Brown got some bad news.
His buddy 50 Cent had been telling him he would get him a role as a drug dealer on Fif's hit show Power, but executives at Starz nixed the casting for fear of Breezy's temper.
“The network insisted that Chris’ casting was not going to happen, because of fears about his anger issues. There was a big blowup, and they had to tell Chris he was not going to get the role. The news was delivered to him early Monday. He was livid," a source told Page 6.Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos has said Curran's allegations against Breezy are "fabricated", and the glamour model has some serious credibility issues.
However, the fallout from the incident will likely harden Starz' stance that Brown is bad news.
For his part, 50 insists he will still be able to get his friend a role on Power.
