Gucci Mane Forced To Pay Settlement For Pushing Woman Out Of Car

In 2017, Gucci Mane is sober and so fit people think he's a clone.

But it wasn't always that way. For most of Guwop's time in the spotlight he was the type of guy who'd kill somebody, or go completely nuts on Twitter.

During those bad old days, Gucci got in trouble for pushing a woman out of a car. In January of 2011, Mane approached Diana Graham at mall parking lot and asked her to go to breakfast with him. She agreed and got in his Hummer.

Once Graham was in the vehicle, Gucci flipped the script and told her he would pay her $150 to come his hotel. When she didn't want to do that, he violently shoved her out of the moving vehicle.

He ended up getting convicted of battery and sentenced to six months. Graham also sued Mane for roughing her up, and won a 58k settlement.

But Gucci still hasn't paid her. So earlier this year he was hit with a "Writ of Fieri Facias," meaning if he doesn't pay up the County Sheriff's Department can start seizing his things.

No word on whether he has sent any money Graham's way.
