Gunplay Heavily Criticized For Going On Racist Rant Against Asians

Gunplay spewed a whole bunch of racist words to an Asian person on his Live and then got blasted for it. The Florida rapper — known for beefing with 50 Cent — then responded to the backlash, but his explanation was just as bad as his racist rant. 

Plus, the video surfaced at a time where there's been increased focus on the problem of Asians being assaulted in the U.S., with the hashtag "#StopTheAsianHate" recently trending.

“You f*cking Chinese gook,” said Gunplay in the video. “You Lo Mein, Lao Mein, corona-having ass muthaf*cka. You’re the one who f*cked up this whole sh*t. Get off my Live, g**k … your race effed up the world.”

Then came his horrible explanation.

"They got me on there hating on Asians, dawg, when I love Asians," he explained "I watch Japanese porn. So shut the f*ck up, first of all."

Gunplay also said the person was taunting him with racial slurs, so he retaliated.

"If you come on my live trying to fight, I'm gonna shoot you in the front of your forehead with my words," he stated.
