Hit-Boy once explained that he and Kanye West began having beef after the Cali producer started working with Beyoncé.
But they squashed their beef this year, which Hit-Boy talked about while speaking to XXL.
"It was really Game because we had started working on his album," said Hit-Boy about how he and Ye settled things. "We ran up so many songs so quick, I told him, 'You need to get Ye up here.' He was like, 'I’ma get him up here.' A few days later, Ye pulled up. We was just going through joints. Game already had the 'Eazy' joint. He liked the bass of it, the reverse sample drums with the music."
"Kanye hear that with the Eazy-E sample in it and was like, 'Yo, this is crazy. I got to get on this,'" he added. "That was more so just Game getting him to pull up. We been solid. We been texting here and there. I told him, 'Whatever energy we had in the past, I’m trying to move forward from here and keep it all solid.'”
