Ice Cube may have forever ruined his relationship with the Black community after it was revealed that he talked to Donald Trump's administration about developing a "Platinum Plan" for Black Americans.
Katrina Pierson, a Trump adviser, tweeted the news about Cube working with Trump earlier this week, which started the backlash. Cube eventually responded to the chatter and said that he sent the "Platinum Plan" to both parties. But that didn't stop people from saying that he should be canceled.
"I put out the CWBA. Both parties contacted me. Dems said we’ll address the CWBA after the election. Trump campaign made some adjustments to their plan after talking to us about the CWBA," the rapper tweeted on Wednesday, Oct. 14.
But Cube's explanation hasn't helped him any, and people are still calling him a traitor. Especially since he has said in the past he would never support Trump.
I will never endorse a mothafucka like Donald Trump! EVER!!!

He then sent another tweet to explain himself further.
Black progress is a bipartisan issue. When we created the Contract With Black America we excepted to talk to both sides of the isle. Talking truth to power is part of the process.
