It's not surprising that Joe Biden dropping out of the presidential race on Sunday left the internet smoking. 

But what might've been unexpected is J. Cole's name trending after the announcement was made.

People began making comparisons between Biden's decision and Cole exiting his beef with Kendrick Lamar.

Back in April, Cole apologized to Kendrick for dissing him on the song "7 Minute Drill," saying the beef was disrupting his sleep at night.
