One can never accuse J. Cole of not trying to help up-and-coming artists.

In January, he dropped a new song over a fan's beat that he found on YouTube. Then on Wednesday, March 22, Cole was seen in rapper Ty Trilly's Queens projects to listen to his new music.

“Cole pulled up on me To hear my new sh*t," wrote Trilly on Instagram. "No Meetings in the city straight Raw block sh*t. Appreciate You @realcoleworld , It’s up From Here !!”

Cole can be seen giving the New York rapper some advice about the song as well.

“I ain’t even put a second verse on it yet,” said Trilly.

“You don’t even need it, n*gga. Shoot the sh*t, put that bitch out, next," Cole replied. "‘Cause they gon’ feel it and they gon’ feel the next one ... It’s gon’ land on the people it’s supposed to land on.”

Any reaction to Cole being so altruistic?
