A lot of people have canceled Tory Lanez for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in June but not Jack Harlow. Despite the negative chatter surrounding Lanez, the Kentucky rapper still included him on his "Whats Poppin" remix.
Harlow talked about his decision during an interview with Power 106 at the 10:09 mark and also discussed cancel culture.
"I don't think I'm God," said Harlow when asked about why he kept Lanez on the remix. "I don't have no room to judge anybody. I wasn't there when this and that happened. I don't know anything ... For me it's music, and I think there's a certain integrity you have to keep as an artist."
"I just hate the pack mentality," he added. "People can't wait to say who they hate next. Just a lot of judgment and laziness and you know, people aren't perfect, bro. I feel like people should be able to recover from their mistakes. We're under the scope. They can't wait for me to slip up, I'll tell you that."
Do you agree with Harlow?
