Jake Paul destroyed a disinterested Ben Askren in the first round of their boxing match this weekend.

The fight was broadcast by Triller, which Paul co-owns, and the Pay Per View haul was impressive.

According to Paul 1.5 million people paid 50 bucks for the fight, for a total of $75 million.

Other metrics put the total at 1.3 million people and $65 million.  Either way, that's a bigger total than some pretty famous fights between "real" boxers.

Paul only got $690K for the fight.  But since he's a co-owner of Triller, he's getting plenty more backend.

As for Askren ... we're not sure exactly what he got to do what he did, but he seemed pretty happy after his humiliating loss.
