Jamie Foxx might've thought he'd be able to have a restful day for Thanksgiving, but instead he's dealing with a sexual assault lawsuit.
TMZ reports that an unnamed woman is accusing him of fondling her in 2015 at the restaurant Catch NYC & Roof.
In the suit, the woman said she saw Foxx at the restaurant and asked to take a photo with him. She then claimed that after snapping a few shots with her, he pulled her to a back area of the rooftop and placed his hands under her shirt, on her breast, and then went into her pants, touching her vagina and anus.
So, the woman is suing Foxx, as well as Catch, for sexual assault, abuse, plus, assault and battery — while claiming that she suffered pain, emotional distress, and needed medical treatment.
Who knows? But the way it appears, we could be entering another phase of the Me Too takedowns since this comes on the heels of Diddy being sued, then settling, with his ex Cassie, who accused him of rape and human trafficking.
Interscope's co-founder James Iovine has also just been sued for sexual harassment and abuse by a woman listed as Jane Doe.
