You ever wonder where Beyonce, Jay-Z and producer Timbaland got the exotic sound at the beginning of their 2013 smash hit 'Drunk In Love'?

Mónika Juhász Miczura, a Roma (Gypsy) singer who has a Wikipedia page and everything, is claiming that the trio pilfered it from her 1995 folk song 'Bajba, Bajba Pelem.' She alleges the three manipulated her original vocals with auto-tune and then used them in the first 13 seconds of 'Drunk in Love,' all without her permission.

According to TMZ, Miczura is suing in the Manhattan Supreme Court, and is especially miffed that  her track about "hopelessness" was used to "evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics [of 'Drunk In Love]."

We searched the web for 'Bajba, Bajba Pelem' but couldn't find it, so we have no way of comparing the songs.

Whether they are her vocals -- and what that means -- is now up to a judge to decide. Miczura is seeking damages and that the song be banned from airplay until her voice is removed.
