Jay Z Says He Texts With Obama; Obama Says He Doesn't Text With Anyone, Ever

In his 2009 track 'On To The Next One,' Jay Z bragged that he had President Barack Obama "on the text."

In 2013, when reporters asked Hov if this was true, he responded "of course," and then got specific and revealed that the Commander in Chief uses lots of sports analogies in his texts.

The only problem is last night Obama was on Jimmy Kimmel and told the late night host that he doesn't text anyone, ever.

"I don't text. I email. I still have a Blackberry," Obama said, adding that he has to stay of off "that new fangled stuff" for security reasons.

Jay Z and Obama do appear to be close. Hov has held fundraisers for the 44th President, and his wife Beyonce performed at both of Obama's inaugurations. The two have also been photographed together many times. But somebody is lying about their SMS relationship.

In addition to selling Jay out, Obama did Kimmel's famous Mean Tweet segment.
