Jeremih Blasts Def Jam For Roll Out Of His 'Late Nights' Albums

Jeremih's third album Late Nights landed with a thud in its opening week, selling less than 14,000 copies, and failing to crack the top 50 on the album chart.

Right after Late Nights release, 50 Cent got on social and criticized Def Jam for the way they promoted the album -- in particular over pricing it at Best Buy.

Jeremih stayed quite for a little while. But after the horrendous first week numbers hit the news he went in on his label and their sales tactics.

It's been a tough couple weeks for Def Jam. August Alinsa also criticized the label for how they rolled out This Thing Called Life, which looks to be headed for a pretty soft opening.

Additionally, Rick Ross's Black Market had the worst opening of Ross's eight album career.
