The Game and 50 Cent's long complicated relationship is a matter of public record.
Jim Jones, who put Game on his first major record "Certified Gangstas", added some context to the narrative during a recent interview when he revealed that Game planned on turning on Fif even before he was placed in G-Unit.
"[The Game] was telling me, 'Oh they about to sign me to G-Unit, you dig? But soon as they sign me and I get platinum and all that, I'm doing what 50 did to Ja,' and all this type of sh*t and I'm like 'You sure you wanna do that?' He like, 'F*ck that, Blood.' I'm like, 'This n*gga is crazy.'" Capo remembers. "Now I'm looking back, this is part of history. I heard him say it before he even inatiated the wild sh*t."
Game has always claimed that he turned on 50 and G-Unit because he didn't want to beef with artists like Fat Joe, Jadakiss, and Nas. But that doesn't seem to be true.
