Kanye Posts JAY-Z Speech About Grammys Disrespecting Beyonce

JAY Z has a bone to pick with the Grammys.

While accepting the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award, Hov criticized The Recording Academy for never giving his wife Beyonce -- who's won 32 overall Grammys -- Album of the Year.  He also said they often nominate artists who don't deserve it and overlook those who do.

Kanye West, who has a long history of defending Beyonce and criticizing the Grammys, posted the video of Hov's speech.

Beyonce 32's Grammys are the most ever.  Kanye West and JAY-Z each have 24, tied for the tenth most ever.
