Kanye's Team Addresses Whether 'Ye Went After Drake

Kanye West had this to say during a show in Edmonton, Canada over the weekend.

“This the original. Accept no imitations. You with the rap God right now,” Kanye told the crowd. “Niggas keep copying my shit bruh. Stealing our shit stealing our stages. Copying our shit one to one.”

It just so happens that Canada's favorite son Drake is the only other rapper with a tour that is currently rivaling 'Ye's Saint Pablo in scoop. And there are some similarities between their stages. This lead to much speculation that 'Ye was lowkey dissing Drizzy.

West's peeps are trying to dispel that. They told TMZ that West's Edmonton outburst was just 'Ye being 'Ye, and was directed at all the younger rappers Kanye feels rip him off, not anyone in particular. They added 'Ye is a big fan of Drake's, and hopes to make more music with him.

In other words, West would like to jump on a joint album with Drake and let everybody know Drake's stealing his style.
