The Yeezy Foam Runner looks an awful lot like a pair of budget-brand Crocs which you would buy at Walmart.

Nevertheless, Kanye and Yeezy weren't too happy when Walmart started selling Foam Runner knock-offs on their website.

That's a pretty good discount from the 75 bucks the real Foam Runners retail for and a huge bargain compared to what the sold-out kick will run you on the secondary market.

Ye and Yeezy are now suing Walmart for the knockoff, claiming it's an "unauthorized exact copy".

No word from the retail giant on the suit but the Walmart foam runners are still available to buy.
