Kanye West Won't Be Released From the Hospital Anytime Soon

The plan was for Kanye West to be released from the hospital today and into the care of his personal physician.

That's not going to happen.

Sources tell TMZ that West is nowhere close to being stable, and is still suffering from the extreme paranoia which had him hospitalized against his will last week.

We're also learning that Kim Kardashian's struggles after being robbed in Paris may have contributed to West's breakdown.

“In the past, he snapped back quickly. This has been going on for years,” an insider told People Magazine.  “In the past when Kanye seemed to struggle, no one took it too seriously. The attitude was more like it was just Kanye being Kanye.” After going through a few rough days, the source says “things would go back to normal. This time is much different.” The source continues, “Without having Kim by his side during the tour as planned, Kanye wasn’t able to snap back. Kim being absent because of her own struggles seems to be why things are different with Kanye this time.”

Hopefully that will aid in his recovery.
