Was Kevin Durant's Injury A Result Of Lil B's 'BasedGod' Curse?

Kevin Durant has a fractured foot and will miss at least a month of the regular season. Bad news for OKC fans, and, really, all basketball fans. But good news for Lil B and his troll fun.

If you remember, Lil B put a BasedGod curse on Kevin Durant back in 2011, after Durant expressed his bafflement over B's popularity. As long as Durant remained under the curse, the BasedGod wouldn't allow the Thunder to win a championship. Which they haven't, despite some really talented rosters.

Last month, Durant reached out to Lil' B and his followers. In appreciation of Durant's gesture of good faith, Lil' B lifted the curse.

  Still, when Durant went down about two weeks later, Lil B couldn't help but imply the BasedGod had something to do with the injury.

Really, Russell Westbrook is the big winner here. If the Based God is now keeping OKC from the title by injuring the previously indestructible Durant, maybe he'll start sparing Westbrook's body.
