Kevin Gates Denied Bail

Kevin Gates suffered another legal defeat today in Illinois.

The Baton Rogue rapper was denied bail in his pending gun case, meaning he will have to stay locked up in a Cook County facility for the foreseeable future.

Gates's extradition to Illinois last month came right after he served almost six months in a Florida prison for girl kicking.

We have no information on why Gates's latest bond attempt was rejected, or when he will stand trial for the gun charges, which include aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.

But we have to figure he is finally getting pretty tired.
