Kanye West has made it known that he wants to work things out with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian but he should probably give up hope at this point. 

Why? Because Kim filed new legal documents on Friday, December 10 and said the marriage is done for good.

Plus, she claims that Ye "has been non-responsive" in the divorce so far, maybe because he wants her back. 

"There is no question that the marriage of the parties is no longer viable," the documents read. "[Kim] has no desire to reconcile with [Kanye] and wants their marriage terminated. Irreconcilable differences have led to the irremediable breakdown of the marriage, and there is no possibility of saving the marriage through counseling or other means." 

"The continued maintenance of technical marital status between [Kanye] and [Kim] serves no useful purpose, and there is no reason to maintain the legal relationship," it also stated. "[Kanye] and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted.”
