As we reported last week, Kodak Black has changed his plea in the federal weapons case against him to guilty.
Today in court, Black admitted that he lied on two separate applications to buy firearms by not disclosing he is currently facing 30 years for doing very bad things to a female high school student in South Carolina.
His sentencing is set for November 13, and he faces up to eight years. (Down from ten before the plea.)
A federal judge denied his request for bond, saying he was “danger to the community” based on his lengthy criminal record.
Although Black has been copped pleas to numerous serious crimes over the years and has violated his probation, the 21-year old has never done serious time.
Between this and South Carolina, that good fortune may be coming to an end.
