Earlier this week, Kodak Black was sentenced to 46 months Federal time for lying on two gun applications by checking the "no" box when asked if he is currently under indictment.
It turns out this is just the beginning of his gun problems. The Miami New Times is reporting that Miami Dade County has charged Kodak with two felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. It sounds like they are the same guns he obtained illegally by lying on the application.
Each charge could net him up to 30 years, and it's unclear if the sentences would run concurrently.
The indictment Black neglected to account for on his gun applications is for doing bad things to a high school girl in South Carolina. He also faces 30 years for that.
On top of all that, we learned in the sentencing hearing for the Federal charges that a few weeks ago Kodak attacked a prison guard while under the influence, grabbing the CO's testicles and squeezing so hard the guard was hospitalized and will require surgery.
He may also be charged for that incident.
It's not looking good for Kodak.
