He's been transferred to federal prison FDC Miami for probation violations.

In 2020, Donald Trump commuted Yak's three year federal sentence for lying on gun application.

However, he remained on probation, and getting caught with drugs is undoubtedly a no-no.

He is next expected in court on December 19.
