Kodak Black's people have claimed that Kodak was involuntarily drugged before the now-notorious incident in which he squeezed a prison guard's balls so hard the CO was hospitalized and will require surgery.

They may be changing their tune on that in hopes of getting Kodak easier and/or reduce time on the 46-month federal sentence he just got for lying on two gun applications

Kodak's lawyer has filed a motion asking the court to allow the rapper to be incarcerated in a facility that offers the Residential Drug Abuse Program.

The RDAP program lasts nine months and participants live among other RDAP inmates, away from general pop. The program consists of group and one-on-one sessions and school and vocational training.

RDAP participants can get up to a year off their sentence, although it's unclear if Kodak is eligible for that because the reduction isn't typically granted to violent offenders.

Even if they do deem him non-violent, he is still likely to be locked up well-beyond those 46 months minus time served.

He also faces up to 60 years in Florida for two felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and another 30 years in South Carolina for an unfortunate incident with a high school girl.

Additionally, he may still be charged for his drug-fueled attack on the guard.
