In August, Kodak Black took what looked like a pretty amazing plea deal.
He would serve a year of house arrest and five years probation on charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer, and possession of a firearm by a delinquent. He had been facing 55 years in jail.
However, that deal quickly came into question when it was discovered that the 19-year old had two more outstanding warrants. One for marijuana possession in his home state of Florida, and one for sexual battery in South Carolina.
Yesterday, Black took a deal in the drug possession case. He will do 120 days -- with about half already served -- pay a small fine, and have his license suspended for a year.
But this looks like just the beginning of Black's legal saga.
It's still unclear what the status of his original deal is. It's also likely he will be extradited to South Carolina after he is released from the St. Lucie County jail to face the more serious charge of sexual battery, which carries up to 30 years in prison.
